Description

Mr. Caldwell with Code Enforcement stated 3 trees need attention. Two in front and 1 near Grace and Monroe. He also stated he was citing a citizen for tall grass and the citizen asked him how can he cite him when the city isn't doing what they need to be doing. Mr. Caldwell also said we may want to take care of low branches up to Belvidere. He said he wasn't sure if this was the city or VCU.
