Description

Citizen states that her water line is exposed in her back alley. Currently there is a metal square cover over the pipe but it is only a temporary fix. Citizen would like a long term fix. Request Reference: DPW000007329

    CITIZEN calling in to check the status of request. citizen states that the previous request was closed out because the inspector that came out to do the job only put a giant man hole cover over the ditch and since then, the issue has gotten worse and that didnt resolve the problem at all. Citizen would like for someone to actually come do the work.
