citizen states that the city came out to cut a branch out of the tree and left the branch on the ground. she says that it is the city's responsibility to take care of this branch and she also needs for someone to come trim the tree. it shouldn't take this long to be done. citizen ALLLLLLLSSSSSOOOOO wanted me to note that she is not going to cut up the tree to be taken away because it is not her responsibility to do so
