Description

Since the Evansway, Cedar Grove, Croatan corridor was resurfaced, there is one intersection where a significant improvement needs to be made. At the intersection of Hobby Hill and Cedar Grove, there is about a 1” drop from the Cedar Grove pavement onto Hobby Hill, particularly on the east side of Cedar Grove.
