Caller is very upset that the city has not come out to do something about the leaves. Advised citizen UF has to prioritize those trees that are dead or are at risk of falling and causing injury or damage to property. Caller is concerned that the leaves are falling and she does not want to have to deal with the leaves. - caller disconnected.

Contacted citizen based on email from Mayors office - advised tree was added to pruning list; however, we don't have a time for the completion of the service. Advised could take up to one year and also provided neighbor to neighbor for assistance in getting the leaves picked up that have fallen off the tree.
