Description

The traffic signal at the corner of Brook Rd and Westbrook Ave has some timing issues. If there are sensors, I do not believe they are working. At times, you will wait 4-5 minutes before the light will switch to green on Westbrook and then it will turn red very quickly. There is often a long back up at this signal. This happens at all times of day, but can be especially bad in the evening.
