Description

Mr. Branch called yesterday concerning a City Tree that his neighbors have been telling him it needs to come down and that it is hollow inside. Mr. Branch would like for an Arborist to inspect it and he request to be present when it is inspected. He said he will be going out of town and would like to get this down before he leaves.
