Description
Intersection of E Leigh St. and 11th St. has confusing road construction signs. The signs indicate that the right lane is closed starting at this intersection. The road however is not blocked off. Traffic still travels in this lane without hindrance. Should this lane be blocked off completely to avoid more accidents? I was in an accident at this location in February before all of the signs (right lane closed) were made more visible.
