Description

Cobblestone alley behind the 2600 block of Hanover Avenue (odd number side) between N. Mulberry St. and N. Robinson St. is in deplorable condition. City repairs have made matters worse by raising the grade of the alley, resulting in numerous flooding of garages and structures adjacent to the alley.
