Description

There are several bad sidewalk trip hazards from Tilden Ave to Belmont along Park Ave. There is one very bad one in between my house at 3226 Park and 3228 Park. I have had guest trip on it at night and seen numerous other people walking and jogging trip. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

    3228 Park Ave 25ft of sidewalk need to be replaced trip hazard. 4ft by 25ft of concrete sidewalk at 3226 and 3228 tree roots damaged very bad 4inches lifted.
