Description
On garage wall in alley. This may be private prop, but it is on the alley and accessible from the alley. If left there it will just attract more from 'Pure's' rivals. Residents may become violent if perps are caught doing it. Never a good thing. One resident's name is "9 iron" and he doesn't play golf; the other 'croquet guy' ...well, you get the idea. "Knee cap" has recently moved but he left instructions. Can you eradicate this mess?
