Description

citizen states that she would like to be reimbursed for the city cutting the main root of her tree sitting in her front yard yard. citizen states that the tree was perfectly fine before they cut it and now the tree is dead and if it falls, it's taking the traffic lights down with it. citizen also states that if the city comes to cut it down, she will take care of the wood herself.
