Description

The POTHOLES on the ACCA bridge have been called in previously and are as bad as they get in Richmond. There are 4 lanes of 50+ potholes on Southbound and 25 on northbound. VDOT and Henrico say that they belong to Bobby Vincent, Director of Public Works at the City of Richmond. They were last reported in January 2019 and nothing has been done! Please help!!!!! This is Saunders and Westwood Avenues within the CITY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
