Description

3rd Request - Tree falling on my house and through utility lines in front of 411 N 31st St. Previously reported in July 2018 (DPW3421) and October 2018 (DPW8914). Tree is so overgrown that branches are now falling on roof of home and becoming entangled in the utility lines running across from Chimborazo Elementary School.
