This location has (2) damaged areas of concrete. The first section is 30 feet by 5 feet of damage as well as tree root issue. The second section has 15 feet by 5 feet of damage, as well a tree root situation there also. The citizen states that we can break out the sidewalk and stone the damaged areas to make it safe. We will try to have the damaged portions of sidewalk broke out within 30 days. I advised him that we should be able to complete the full assignment within 1 year to 18 months. There is also damage to his retaining wall due to tree roots. I will give him a claim form to indicate to the city that the tree root caused the break in the wall. I will also contact Urban forestry to have them be aware of the tree root issues. The location was rated as (21). The updated cityworks request # is 398378. There are (4) other request in cityworks with the same address. I will close the other tickets out with a reference number, due to those other tickets being repeats or duplicates.
