Description
There is a mature Willow Oak between sidewalk and street in front of my house that needs maintenance. There are several large dead limbs overhanging yard and street parking in front of house that need to be removed as well as the lowest limb overhanging street parking. After the large storm on May 31st, one of the branches fell on the tenant's car and caused damage. We are concerned that the next storm will cause more dead limbs to fall and cause further damage to the house, cars, or even people
