Description

Ms. Key is requesting a tree be planted in a space where a tree was removed. She believes the tree may have been damaged prior to her moving in her residence. She stated she has been requesting a tree for two years now and no one has ever reached back out to her. I told her about the adopt a tree program, but Ms. Key didn't feel that she should pay for a city tree that she did not have anything to do with the prior one being removed. She is looking for a call back ASAP from the Arborist
