Description

There was a large city truck collecting waste this morning in the alley of the west side of the 700 block of N 35TH st. After leavening, there is blue fluid covering the alley - appears to be hydraulic fluid but I am unsure. There are several puddles of this fluid throughout the alley where the vehicle passed through.
