Description

“There is a city tree growing on city property (area between street and city sidewalk) in front of my house, the roots of which have caused a section of the sidewalk to buckle. This in turn has caused a section of my retaining wall to also buckle and become unsightly and maybe dangerous. Is this a "city" situation that the sidewalk and retaining wall will be repaired/replaced by the city, or am I on my own?”
