Description

All pedestrian signals at the corners of Malvern Ave and Grove Ave and the corners of N Hamilton St and Grove Ave need to automatically signal to walk WITH the traffic signal. Drivers have nearly run over pedestrians who are legally crossing with the light but did not get to the button in time to activate the pedestrian signal. We have the right of way when crossing with the light.
