Description

There is a tree on the 600 block of W 20th St that has been dead for some time. My neighbors have told me they have reported this tree. At one time it had an orange X (or ribbon, I can't remember) so I thought it would be taken down. But it has not. When I was at my house yesterday I saw dead branches dangling from the power lines. Large dead branches continually fall into my yard and smash my flowers and onto the sidewalk. This tree is above a bus stop.
