Northbound Three Chopt signal is skipping a cycle - she called previously and the city came out and fixed it but it is now not working properly again. DPW000021603

    Been monitoring intersection for three weeks. The intermittent cycling problem has been solved. A new cabinet is scheduled to be installed in the near future.
