Description

I called 311 2 weeks ago to confirm bulk trash pick up. I was told bulk trash, a couch, could be left by my trash can and it would be picked up on my recycling week. I checked the calendar and my week was Monday 6/3. The couch was left directly by the trash cans and not in a yard on 6/2. It has been 10 days, the trash pick up has come multiple times. The couch is still there. Please come retrieve the couch or let me know what day I can expect it gone. Thank you
