Description

While I suspect that CSX is ultimately responsible, senior City Official need to contact CSX and demand that the grade crossing at 1720 Broad Rock Blvd be repaired. It has been in a constant state of disrepair for over a year, and constitutes a severe safety hazard as follows: (1) the rails and material placed between them are so uneven that motorist cannot safely cross the tracks at or anywhere near the posted speed limit. (2) Severe auto damage is likely as well as a potential for accidents
