Description

Location: Hermitage Rd Richmond, VA 37.574707, -77.461177 There is no official address to this location, so used address of the nearest business. The road surface is so rough, vehicles actually have to ride the shoulder of the road to avoid damaging their vehicles. I complained about potholes here a couple of years back, and a patch job was done making the surface of the road more rough than it was before the repair. Please repair and make the road under that bridge smooth once again.
