Description

2100 Block of Marshall St. is in great disrepair. I have injured myself on this sidewalk, had my mom fall twice, and have witnessed many people lose their footing while walking on this sidewalk. When I had last spoke to someone, they told me that this particular sidewalk would be repaired March 2019. I have not seen this at all whatsoever.
