Description

Citizen states that people have difficulty exiting a parking lot due to obstruction of vision Caller states that it is not only vegetation but also a telephone pole with and electric box on it.

    Caller called to check the status of his request about obstruction of vision when pulling out of the parking lot. States it's a real safety concern because you have to guess when it's safe to pull out onto Midlothian. Also he needs to know if the COR have it's own trash service.
