Description
The sidewalk is crumbled in areas, non-existent in others and when it rains waters standing water accumulates which is a breeding ground for mosquitos. Part of the sidewalk is dirt which is non-ADA compliant. This is on the Mary and Frances Youth Center side of Parkwood Ave. (aka the Cary Street Field).
