Description

Alley between 3100 block of Patterson and Park needs regravelling. Most gravel gone, very deep potholes. Basically off-roading at this point if you drive back there. Also, cobblestones at belmont entrance are half gone, leaving a deep cobblestone pothole next to Belmont Pizza
