Numerous bricks missing on sidewalk near intersection of N. Laurel St. and Cathedral Place are a dangerous tripping hazard to all pedestrians, especially elderly citizens or those with walkers and canes.

- Staff · February 7, 2020here is (2) sections of brick sidewalk. They measure 100 feet by 10 feet & 80 feet by 10 feet. Maintenance will try to make the sidewalk safe by patching several of the larger holes. Entire sidewalk is in need of repair. location: (on the side of 20 N. Laurel Street directly to the right of the church. If standing in front of the Cathedral of the Sacred Heart Church.
- Staff · September 30, 2024This location was re-inspected on 6-14-2024. Cathedral Pl is a privately owned street. The sidewalk is not city right-of-way, so the city is not able to perform these repairs. We have contacted the owner of the street and advised them that they are liable to complete the repairs.
