Description

I just moved into 1505 New York Avenue, Richmond, Va 23220 and received an account number from DPU: 797605-0074287. I have not been able to get through to the right contact at RVA311 to request a new recycling bin and super can because my account number was “invalid” according to the auto operator. Can someone please give me a direct contact to speak to about my request?
