    The Fire Marshall was ok with speed tables on McGuire Dr., a parallel route, only after information was presented to the neighborhood on the service delay resulting from the speed tables. Chapel Dr. was not approved for speed tables but has an enhanced pentalty sign for speeding approved by City Council.
