Description

Resident would like to install a driveway off of Heartwood Road that would allow him to access Heartwood Road and make a left or right turn. Currently and after the Forest Hill Ave Improvement Plan construction, he can only make a right turn onto Forest Hill Ave. Resident's inquiry is to whether or not and when the city could install a culvert on Heartwood Road in the location of the driveway he proposes to install.
