Description

Tree put in the dog park in April never really grew like it should. Citizen stated it appears to have spider mites. Citizen wants to know if there is any guarantee on the tree.

    Met with resident. Contacted contractor responsible for planting to potentially warranty the tree. Updated the resident the situation and that it would not be warrantied until November.
