Description

very old, large tree on the street opposite me has a large upper branch (the size of a small tree) that was split in a storm. The branch is currently being supported by another branch of the same tree, but has been sagging more with each day of high winds and/or rain. If it falls, it will at best, destroy a car below or, at worst, it will kill or severely injure one of the many pedestrians who walk on our street. The tree is located in front of 4404 Leonard Parkway. Please hurry! Thank you.
