Description

Cheryl James keeps installing fake handicap parking signs next to her house and pestering anyone that parts on the street next to her house. The current fake handicap parking sign has been installed on a utility pole on W Essex Street near Fendall Ave. I request that the city remove this fake sign and take action to stop Ms. James from installing additional signs.
