citizen calling to report a branch that fell from an old tree. there are now 2 other branches that are at risk of falling onto the citizen's home and would like for someone to come cut them down before they cause any damage

Citizen states that the work has not been completely and no one came out, but on December 11, 2019, Will Shoup added a note at 8am stating, “tree and stump removed by crew. close.” Please look into this.
