Description
there is a tree laying on a Verizon pole and a large branch laying on a wire located in the alley. She stated that she contacted Dominion Energy as well as Verizon and it seems that neither companies are trying to claim responsibility for removing the branch

- Staff · June 7, 2019nspected the site. Communicated concerns to resident in regards to the tree being in the alley and potentially on private property. Contacted Dominion Energy in regards to the limbs being in the wires. See attached pictures of tree location.
- Staff · June 10, 2019Today DPU of COR removed the portions of the tree they were responsible for. I contacted Steve Wilcox with Verizon so he may dispatch his crews to perform the remainder of the removal. I spoke with resident to explain Verizon is responsible for the remainder of the tree removal and that I was going to close the ticket. The resident stated she understood.
