Description

The light at the Chamberlayne and Overbrook intersection, allows a very limited number of cars to go through the signal going eastbound. Four max. Often drivers will run the red light just to get through. Is it possible to put it on a slightly longer timer to allow more traffic flow, and safer conditions?
