citizen calling to report a tree limb that has broken off of an old tree. the only thing that is keeping the old tree limb up is other old limbs and the citizen is worried that the limb will fall and hurt someone or cause damage to someones property. the tree is in the back alley and can be seen the best from behind her home at at address listed below (1416 blair st 23220)
