Description

Morning commuters are often racing down W31st St between Forest Hill Ave and Semmes Ave. I live on the corner of 31st and Porter and have had scares when my dog gets loose by accident on our morning walks. There are school children trying to get over to bus stops or Patrick Henry walking across 31st St every day and this can be very dangerous for them. Please consider a traffic study to find the best way to slow or prevent traffic in the morning. Thank you!
