Description
Due to the amount of traffic flowing on N. 23rd Street, and with businesses, schools and other attractions causing an increase in pedestrian activity, there needs be designated crosswalks at the intersections. Can the city test 3D crosswalks, or other forms of painted crosswalks to assist pedestrians in crossing the intersection safely and slowing vehicular traffic down? Requests to conduct speed study has been ignored, obvious speeding occurs on N. 23rd over 25mph.
