Description

citizen is calling to report a giant tree leaning towards his home (2203 bailey st richmond, va 23231 ) and leaning towards the power lines. the tree is very old and the roots are pulling up the concrete about 2 or 3 inches already. there was a limb that fell into the street and if anymore falls, the tree will be at risk of maybe hurting someone or damaging someones property. ( corner of randall and bailey)
