Description

the alley between parked and Franklin in the 3200 block is so riddled with potholes. Many people on the block with low vehicles cannot even drive to their parking spaces behind their homes. What can the homeowners do to assist and getting repairs done or eventually getting a paved alley like many the blocks in our area. What is the criteria? Why are some Alley's paved or cobbled, and others are left completely neglected?
