Description
Please cut back the overgrown tall grass and vegetation that is crawling up the noise barrier wall along Rosedale Avenue between Seddon Road and Oakdale Avenue. This vegetation is on city property and at no point was maintained last year. Now it is has completely overgrown and is tall enough that it is starting to lean over into the roadway and encourage pests such as mice around the area which appear to be living in the tall grass and vegetation. 3 photos added taken on June 5, 2019 as I was driving down the alley. The vegetation can be clearly seen overgrown and crawling up on the barrier. the longer grass is starting to sway into the road.
