Description
Please assess the trees located in front of 1903 Elmsmere Avenue , 1905 Elmsmere Avenue and 1907 Elmsmere Avenue. Several branches came down in the storm on May 31, 2019 and residents have been moving the branches onto the sidewalk to make way for cars. A utility line came down with a branch that was reported to Dominion infront of 1905 Elmsmere Avenue. Several smaller branches and tree debris remain in the street and on the sidewalk throughout this block.
