Description

There is a large amount of household trash and debris in the alley between Franklin Street and Park Avenue and Tilden Street and Cleveland Street. It would be helpful if the owners of the apartment buildings would instruct their tenants to call for special trash pickup. Also, a number of the cans are broken which is causing verman to throw trash all over the alley. This is an ongoing problem with the rentals on Franklin Street.
