Description
The traffic signal at the corner of Overbrook and Chamberlayne, specifically the North-facing signal, has an unbelievable timer on it. I sat through 6 light cycles before turning right, rather than going straight. This impedes traffic, and is a huge inconvenience to me as a Richmond food delivery driver.
