Description

Some partially completed utility work on the 1200 block of Greycourt Ave has been transformed into a hazardous situation by last night's storm. The crew that had been repairing a damaged sewer line left a very deep hole uncovered. It was cordoned off, but the heavy rains last night eroded some of the surrounding pavement patching and filled the hole with water. It could be a drowning risk, and I'm also concerned that the road, which is open to traffic, could be at risk of collapse.
