Description

I am requesting sidewalk repair for in front of my house. The sidewalk is cracked and not level. As a result many people have fallen due to the at least 6 in. difference in the level, including me and my house guest. This is a sidewalk that leads to the bus stop on my corner of Oakwood and many wheelchairs come thru but have to ride in the middle of the street due to the conditions of the sidewalk.
